International Confex is taking place at ExCeL London from 8-9 March and this year, EW will be hosting a range of sessions at its stand (K8C).
At this year’s hub there’s lots to see and do. Join us at our content theatre, where CMW and EW are taking turns to bring you the events industry’s top MICE and exhibition sectors’ expert panelists and speakers.
Day one:
- Meet CMW at the hub: 9am – 1pm, 1:30pm – 3pm, 3:30pm – 5pm
- Fantastic eventprofs and where to find them: the race for talent, attracting, and keeping your eventprofs (Natasha Layal, co-founder and recruitment director, Expocast) – 1pm – 1:30pm
- Sun, sea and stress: how to overcome the new normal challenges international MICE event organisers face (Nigel Clear, commercial director, Elsevier; Chloe Richardson, VP senior corporate relations, Explori; Graeme Saunders, groups and MICE manager, Sandals and Beaches Resorts; Nerea Chafer, senior project manager, Cashel Travel
Day two:
- Meet EW at the hub: 9am – 11:30am, 12pm – 2pm, 3:30pm – 5pm
- Returning to in-person: new delegate trends seen by exhibition organisers (Carlo Zoccali, venue and event portfolio director, Farnborough International)
- CMW and EW hub MICE drinks – 2pm – 3:30pm
All of our sessions are free to attend – we have a maximum capacity of just 20 spaces in our theatre for each of these, so we’re offering everyone a chance to reserve a place in the theatre on our guest list. Email the team at cmw@mashmedia.net with the session you’d like to reserve a space for, and we’ll confirm with you within 24 hours.
Throughout the two days, the CMW and EW team will be running a prize draw for the following prizes:
- Two nights in Melia Seville, at a choice of two hotels.
