DRPG acquires Firehouse

Creative communications group DRPG has acquired London-based agency Firehouse. The acquisition means DRPG employs more than 340 people across the UK, Ireland, Germany and the US. It is the full service agency's sixth acquisition in the last three years.

Firehouse provide communication solutions from film, video, production and digital servicing to clients such as Kingfisher, B&Q, RBS, O2 and Shell and employs 10 people.

M&A Advisory were the company who originally set up and work the deal between Firehouse and DRPG.
