AMR set to highlight innovation in the automotive aftermarket with 952 exhibitors in Beijing

Organisers of the Auto Maintenance and Repair Expo (AMR), which opens in Beijing 24 April 2021, are expecting 952 exhibitors at the New China International Exhibition Center (NCIEC).

AMR has a 38-year history covering China’s automotive aftermarket, and is a one-stop platform for sourcing and brand promotion in the car maintenance and repair sector.

Eight thousand global brands are expected to be represented across the 90,000sqm of show floor space during the four-day exhibition.

The need for innovative technology is increasing as the automotive industry enters a new stage of digital development and AMR will debut five new zones, including Green repairs, New energy vehicle aftermarket and Commercial vehicle display areas.

Brands like Aveno, Brown, Cars Easily, Cool Park, Dinglihui, Foton, Gabele, Holway, Huo's, Jiemeike, Joinns, Joyvie, Lombra Rosso, MIT, PPG, SIF Auto, SJMC and Sunmo will reveal at the show how they are digitally transforming and approaching regulations to reduce emissions.

Over 300 new products will be launched through AMR, many of which are made-in-China products, reflecting the growing potential of China’s aftermarket and the increased capabilities of local brands.

Many automotive companies are currently eyeing up the market potential from China’s ‘Dual Circulation’ policy, which aims to satisfy domestic demand (Inner Circulation) and international opportunities (Outer Circulation).

AMR also introduces the AMR Online business matching services (AMR Online), an intelligent system matching buyers with exhibitors according to their sourcing needs and providing remote access to those who are unable to attend the show in person.

The 4th China Automotive Aftermarket Conference 2021, 23 April, at the Kuntai Hotel Beijing, will also offer a line-up of experts to share insights on domestic and international aftermarket trends. They will discuss the profitability of repair chain stores, new business models, investment and opportunities, as well as future aftermarket perspectives in Europe, Japan and the US.

The China Commercial Vehicle Awards Ceremon, co-organised by the China Transportation News and AMR, will take place at the fairground.
