Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) has debuted its Event Plus online platform, a digital asset that provides exhibitors and contractors with a seamless and transparent point of access to DWTC’s products and services.
The online platform has been created to simplify the experience for event organisers, contractors and companies exhibiting at events held at DWTC.
It is aligned with UAE Vision 2021 launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, with the aim to make the UAE among the best countries in the World.
In line with the government’s vision, Event Plus has been developed with innovation at its core, harnessing technology to deliver world-class smart services and infrastructure, while also guiding users throughout the process.

Services available through Event Plus include stand design, branding, signage, power, lights, digital walls, Wi-Fi and tech, and catering from the brand’s multi-cuisine kitchens.
Event Plus is available for all events hosted within DWTC, and also DWTC-hosted events in other venues across the United Arab Emirates. To further enhance the customer experience, a multi-channel contact centre offers 24/7 access to a dedicated and experienced customer care team.
