Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centre (RICEC) in Saudi Arabia has formed a partnership with event management software company Ungerboeck.

RICEC is a newly developed state-of-the-art convention and exhibition facility, owned by the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Ungerboeck will be providing venue sales, operation and financial management solutions to the centre.

RICEC will streamline their bookings and operational processes with Ungerboeck to provide an end-to-end customer journey from sales to planning to execution. The aim is to unify multiple sources of data into a single platform, accessible in real-time by all their teams.

“Some of the most important characteristics of Ungerboeck include the ease of use, the digital management of all event and venue business management processes with a focus on space booking, order processing, finance management and advanced reporting. We believe that Ungerboeck is the right partner with the right solution for RICEC”.
