Clear communication

As the first port of call for pre-event details, the exhibitions’ website must offer visitors clarity – an easily navigable registration site that clearly provides all the necessary event information with minimal clicks, need for scrolling or details hidden within bulky page copy.

On-site sign-ups

Provide the flexibility of an on-site event mobile application to track delegate interaction at specific stands, attendance of seminars, make notes from valuable new business opportunities or scan other attendees contact details, maximising the opportunities delegates can glean throughout the event.

Post-event procedures

Help delegates maximise their marketing exhibition experience with the ease of finding follow-up information: enabling them to easily find new business contacts made at the show, create calendar reminders or downloadable seminar materials, all with the opportunity for delegates in an event app to feedback for future event improvements, leave event testimonials, tag favourite exhibitors – giving delegates a reason to keep returning back to the event app. EW
