Reed Exhibitions anticipates more than 37,000 visitors at Aluminium shows

WORLD - Reed Exhibitions is preparing for a record year with its portfolio of biennial Aluminium shows.

Weeks before the kick-off of the World Cup in Brazil, the second edition of Aluminium Brazil will bring together the international aluminium industry on 1-3 April in São Paulo.

The 2014 event will follow a similar format as its inaugural event in 2012, and will take place as part of ExpoAlumínio, ‘the most important industry meeting of the aluminium sector in South America’.

According to Reed, Brazil ranks eighth on the list of aluminium-producing countries and remains an important emerging market. Due to the rise in aluminium production, the organiser expects to surpass the 170 exhibitors and 12,000+ visitors that attended ExpoAlumínio in 2012.

In October, Reed will host its flagship Aluminium event in Europe. The 10th Aluminium World Trade Fair will be held at at Messe Dusseldorf across 70,000sqm. More than 1,000 exhibitors and 25,000 visitors are expected to attend.

The organiser also stages editions of Aluminium in India, China and the Middle East
