International Property Show anticipates 20,000 visitors

MIDDLE EAST - The organiser of the International Property Show is preparing for its 10th edition, with more than 20,000 visitors and investors expected to attend.

Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions said a total of 300 companies from 80 countries will showcase their products and services on 8-10 April at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The show will run alongside the fourth Annual Investment Meeting, an initiative from the UAE Ministry of Economy.

Dawood Al Shezawi, CEO, Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions (pictured) said the team anticipates major regional and international participation at the show following Dubai winning the bid for hosting Expo 2020.

“There is growing interest from real-estate developers from all over the world in the local market, especially Dubai, which is witnessing dynamic growth in the construction and infrastructure sectors,” he said. “We are ready for an extraordinary show in April. We have received encouraging feedback that points to a great show. The UAE real estate market is attracting international companies and service providers that are keen to expand presence in the region.”
