EUROPE - Mack Brooks is gearing up for its second international exhibition for fastener and fixing technology in April 2014.
Fastener Fair Hannover will take place at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds, and is expected to surpass the total of 4,500 visitors from 75 countries at the inaugural event in 2012.
According to the organiser, around 150 exhibitors have already booked 2,500sqm of net stand space ahead of the show next year. More than 400 companies were reported to have exhibited last year, showcasing a range of industrial fasteners and fixings, construction fixings, assembly and installation systems and fastener manufacturing technology.
“Fastener Fair Hannover is of utmost importance in its function as an extensive technology platform and source of inspiration for the fastener and fixing industry,” said exhibition director Susanne Rauberger. “Distributors, suppliers and component buyers come to Hannover from all over the world in order to meet business partners and establish new contacts.
“Furthermore, with its additional focus on end users, the trade fair is dedicated to buyers and specialists from important sectors such as the automotive industry, machinery and plant engineering, energy production, electrical engineering and electronics.”
The show will co-locate with industry fair Hannover Messe on 8-10 April 2014.
“The co-location is an ideal combination for exhibitors as well as visitors. Held in the seven years, Fastener Fair Hannover holds a secure place in the calendar of the fastener and fixing industry and has succeeded as a suitable counterpart to the international leading trade fair for this industry sector, Fastener Fair Stuttgart,” added Rauberger.
