AMERICAS - The north American arm of Messe Frankfurt has partnered with the JEC Group to co-locate their composite and textile shows in 2014.
JEC will hold its new annual JEC Americas Composites Show alongside two of Messe Frankfurt’s events, Techtextil North America and Texprocess Americas, at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, on 13-15 May 2014.
“Composites are a growing, innovative product segment also for technical textiles,” said John Gallagher, president and CEO of Messe Frankfurt. “The agreement allows a blending within the technical textiles and composites value chain - material producers, technology and equipment manufacturers, end product fabricators and composite users.”
Messe Frankfurt said the co-location of the events would provide a platform for suppliers and end-product manufacturers to access the entire high-tech value chain, as well as provide an opportunity for technical textiles and composites manufacturers and suppliers to showcase their technologies.
“We are very happy with this co-location as it is the first time we are working together with another exhibition brand,” said Michael Jaenecke, director brand management Techtextil, Messe Frankfurt. “I am convinced that the industry will appreciate this co-operation.”
Messe Frankfurt claims to be the world’s first trade fair company to become a certified premier small business partner of Google in Germany.
