EUROPE - ITE Group is expanding its WorldFood events portfolio with the launch of a Poland edition in 2014.
The inaugural event, WorldFood Warsaw will take place on 9-11 April 2014 at the International Expocentre, EXPO XXI in Poland. The event joins the existing exhibitions located in Ukraine, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Russia.
“The introduction of WorldFood Warsaw is yet another positive addition to the WorldFood portfolio, and through ITE’s expertise, WorldFood Warsaw will create an unrivalled marketplace for international food and drink exporters,” said Tony Higginson, head of food division at ITE.
The organiser said the event will feature an array of food and drink products, including gourmet food, organic produce, food ingredients and food packing and equipment. Ingredients Warsaw will run concurrently with the event, dedicated to the ingredients, spice and additives market.
ITE Group reported booked revenues for the current financial year are US$277m compared to US$255m in 2012.
