Diversified rebrands Seafood Exposition portfolio

WORLD - Diversified Business Communications has announced new names and logos for its seafood trade events portfolio, as part of a 2013 rebranding and marketing initiative.
 
The rebranding began with the organiser’s International Boston Seafood Show & Seafood Processing America, now known as Seafood Expo North America & Seafood Processing North America.
 
The European Seafood Exposition & Seafood Processing Europe held in Brussels, Belgium, has also been renamed Seafood Expo Global & Seafood Processing Global, and the next in the series is the Asian Seafood Exposition.
 
Currently on show until 5 September at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Asian edition expects to attract more than 7,000 visitors from more than 50 countries.
 
"The new branding initiative is more than just giving new names to our high-quality seafood events," said Mary Larkin, VP at Diversified and publisher for SeaFood Business. “It unifies all Diversified Events serving the global seafood industry under one recognisable, strong brand authority. All marketing initiatives will reflect this change.”
