ASIA - The Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) has expanded its exhibitions team with the appointment of Winnee Lim as the new sales manager of exhibitions.
Lim has 12 years' experience working for event and leisure companies including Mines Events, Traders Hotel and CitiExpo Consulting SB. Her brief will be to develop and implement MyCEB’s aim to attract international exhibitions to Malaysia.
“I am excited to embark on a new journey together with MyCEB and looking forward to building and expanding the new exhibition portfolio,” said Lim. “With the support from MyCEB’s dedicated team, I am all geared up to contribute to the growth of the industry as a whole.”
Lim will report directly to Ho Yoke Ping, general manager of sales and marketing at MyCEB.
The bureau has recently launched an Association Development Programme (ADP) to support the development of the nation's associations and the potential for hosting international events in Malaysia.
