ASIA - The Hong Kong International Baking Expo 2013 has confirmed it will be held on 5-7 December at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The organiser expects the 2nd edition of the show to attract up to 17,000 buyers from 25 countries, connecting international machineries and materials suppliers with buyers for face-to-face business matching opportunities.
Exhibitors at the show will be from the hospitality and catering industry, including baking, coffee, chocolate and café businesses.
“Many of participants have successfully approached to mainland China and Southeast Asia market through the Hong Kong International Baking Expo 2012,” said a spokesperson for the Hong Kong International Baking Expo. “Participants have greatly benefited from the economical, cultural, and social values of Hong Kong.”
