FESPA returns to Brazil in 2015

AMERICAS - Screen and digital printing association FESPA has reported that 80 per cent of floor space has already been booked, two years ahead of its event in Brazil.

FESPA Brazil will take place on 18-21 March 2015 at the Expo Center Norte in Sao Paulo as a joint venture with Latin American events company APS
, co-locating with its narrow format printing event ExpoPrint Digital.

“After the exceptional launch of the inaugural show we’re excited to return to Brazil in 2015,” said FESPA managing director Neil Felton. “FESPA Brazil 2013 welcomed over 13,000 visitors, half of which was made up of senior decision makers, and the overall feedback was overwhelming with many exhibitors immediately signing up to the second show.”

The organiser said the event will have a strong focus on digital printing, and the growth of garment and textile printing and screen printing.

“With the 2016 Olympics being hosted in Brazil, the exhibition is perfectly positioned for the wide format print sector to prepare their business to harness the opportunities of the increased demand in printed collateral and signage,” said Felton.

Last year, FESPA announced it was expanding its screen printing and digital wide format printing event portfolio with the launch of FESPA China in 2013.
