Automotive engineering event launches in Germany

EUROPE - Messe Nuremburg is launching an event dedicated to emerging trends in car body manufacturing.

Automotive Engineering Expo takes place on 4-6 June 2013 in Nuremberg and offers traders and experts in the process chain of car body manufacturing an opportunity to share and discuss the latest trends in painting, assembly, body manufacturing and systems.

In the run-up to the exhibition, which takes place at Exhibition Centre Nuremburg, Klaus Koglin, a spokesman for the event's committee and director of technology development at Audi until the end of October 2012, will speak on the future of car body manufacturing and why the  painted car body process chain needs its own forum.

Exhibitors at the exhibition include companies such as ThyssenKrupp, Böllhoff, EDAG Production Solutions, and TRUMPF Laser und Systemtechnik.

Messe Nuremberg is currently undergoing expansion due for completion in 2014.
