EUROPE - The Spanish Fairs Association (AFE) has re-elected José Antonio Vicente as AFE president and María José Uceda Martín as the Secretary of the General Assembly.
Vicente, the only candidate to stand for presidency, was ratified unanimously.
“It is necessary to put up with the crisis and to get out there with more energy and a stronger approach. That is the only way to get it, by working, creating, transforming, inventing new formulas, generating new ideas – always together, always as a unit, since all of us are AFE,” he said after the election.
Vicente expressed his gratitude to attendees for trusting him, and assured them he will work with the same earnestness and firmness “and even more creativity” in the year to come.
