Cleanzone to launch in Frankfurt

Messe Frankfurt will be launching a trade fair and congress later this year to promote scientific advances in clean room technology.

The Cleanzone expo from 24 to 25 October will showcase microparticle-free rooms used in the pharmaceutical, food technology, computer and electronics industries.

“With Cleanzone, we are creating a new platform at our Frankfurt base for the rapidly expanding applications of clean room technology, and we intend to make use of our exhibitor network here as well,” said Messe Frankfurt CEO and president Wolfgang Marzin.

Messe Frankfurt will be receiving technical assistance for Cleanzone from the Reinraum-Akademie, a clean room training academy in Leipzig.

“It is our objective to offer the industry an ideal venue for establishing new collaborations, increasing expertise and showcasing the latest technological developments,” said Messe Frankfurt executive board member Klaus Reinke.

“Consequently, the trade fair will be accompanied by an extensive range of presentations and workshops.”

Messe Frankfurt recently announced it is anticipating business expansion in the Middle East.
