ITALY - Bolzano Exhibition Centre is launching a second green event alongside its four-year-old KlimaEnergy event.
KlimaMobility is a new exhibition aimed at people and companies with a major requirement for green and economic travel, and is expected to complement KlimaEnergy, which runs at Fiera Bolzano/ MesseBozen on 22-24 September 2011.
Attracting 200 exhibitors annually, KlimaEnergy is aimed at companies in energy intensive industries including heavy industry, manufacturing, public administration services and hotel operators.
“KlimaMobility will start small, but it will be the perfect accompaniment to KlimaEnergy,” said Messe Bozen spokeswoman Katja Sanin. “The event will introduce many new elements – not least of which is giving visitors a chance to drive new electric and hybrid vehicles.”
Both events will be accompanied by two-days congresses.
Bolzano Exhibition Centre, which trades as Fiera Bolzano/MesseBozen, is located on the main arterial road that connects Germany with the northern Italian economic area.
Fira Barcelona is launching an event later this year aimed at uniting city planners and designers with solution providers of sustainable infrastructure.
