Amsterdam RAI partners with N200

NETHERLANDS – Visitor registration company N200 has won the tender to manage events at all trade shows organised by Amsterdam RAI.

The company won the tender largely due to its Enter registration system, used for events, fairs and conferences predominantly in Europe. Eight parties pitched their solutions.

Director of Amsterdam RAI Luc Beyer said: “In order to anticipate future developments - and as we preferred not to develop another in-house application ourselves - we decided to look for a new supplier. Out of eight parties that presented their systems and solutions, N200 clearly came out best on a variety of aspects.”

Apart from managing the registration for all trade fairs organised by Amsterdam RAI, N200 is also responsible for fairs of other organisers hosted by the leading venue. Amsterdam RAI and MECC Maastricht hosts 50 international congresses, 70 trade fairs, events and over a thousand small-scale meetings, presentations and conferences each year.

The company's first role will be Aquatech Amsterdam and Intertraffic China in Beijing, both held this autumn.
