GERMANY – Leadership of Stuttgart’s Composites Europe will this year go to Michael Köhler, current manager of the Aluminium exhibition in Düsseldorf.
Köhler will take over from current project manager Gabriele Schwager, who leaves the show for personal reasons, and will work for Reed Exhibitions in an advisory capacity until the next edition of Composites Europe from 27 to 29 September.
Overall management of the materials trade fairs organiserd by Reed Exhibitions in the aluminium and composites sectors will remain with event director Markus Jessberger.
Köhler will retain his Aluminium responsibilities in addition to managing Composites Europe.
“With Michael Köhler, a trade fair professional takes over this dual function who, in spite of his relatively young age, has a solid know-how and experience of the trade fair sector and made a considerable contribution to the dynamic and successful development of the two fairs,” said Reed Exhibitions Deutschland CEO Hans-Joachim Erbel.
Reed exhibitions recently announced the dates of its inaugural transport and logistics event SITL India 2012.
