INDIA – Reed Exhibitions India’s inaugural transport and logistics event SITL India will take place from 23 to 25 February 2012 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.
The show will feature five sections covering transport and logistics services, infrastructure, real estate, information systems and technologies, materials handling equipment and systems.
“The transport and logistics sector, though underdeveloped and underserved, has recently started seeing an upsurge,” said Reed Exhibitions India MD Delphine Lemaire. “This is thanks in large part to government initiatives across the sector and sustained infrastructure investments. The Union Budget for 2011 and 2012 can only add a welcome mix of other services. With SITL India, transport and logistics companies will nowhave the perfect opportunity to showcase themselves and the vast array of industries they serve.”
Reed Exhibitions also recently strengthened its foothold in the Middle East by signing a strategic partnership with Sunaidi Expo, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s AlFadl Group.
