WORLD – Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE) has appointed Danielle Keogh as head of sales for its IBTM portfolio of meeting industry events including AIME, AIBTM, CIBTM, EIBTM and GIBTM.
Keogh joins RTE from NH Hotels in London, UK, where she responsible for corporate and business events as director of sales.
Based in Richmond UK, Keogh will lead the sales team in co-ordinating global sales strategies with overseas offices in the US, Middle East, China and Australia.
Keogh takes over for Fiona Chappell, who left the company for the Melbourne Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she takes the position of director of business development for UK and Europe at the organisation's London office.
RTE's US event AIBTM will run for the first time in Baltimore from 21 to 23 June 2011.
