SWITZERLAND - Global logistics provider Agility has appointed John Klompers as chief of commercial strategies.
Klompers will oversee air, sea, global sales and marketing as well as supply chain solutions. He joins Agility with 20 years of experience in international freight forwarding, occupying senior management roles with Phillips, Mueller Air Freight, Panalpina and most recently, CEVA Logistics.
He will be located in Agility’s headquarters in Baar, Switzerland.
Earlier this month Agility won the contract to serve as Adelaide Convention Centre’s new preferred logistics supplier.
