Reed Exhibitions adopts Vovici customer feedback platform

WORLD - Reed Exhibitions has chosen online survey management provider Vovici to deliver customer feedback technology across its show portfolio globally.

According to a company statement, Vovici will manage responses from six million attendees and exhibitors across over 500 events. The technology company won the deal via a competitive market tender. The financial value of the partnership has not been disclosed.

“We selected Vovici because of its stellar market reputation and ability to meet our technology needs now and in the future,” said Reed Exhibitions group chief information officer Dominic Shine.

The organiser is also adopting the Salesforce.com CRM sales platform worldwide, which it plans to integrate simultaneously with Vovici.

“Understanding how to best meet the needs of exhibitors and attendees around the globe and reaching out to them at critical times will help us maintain our leadership position,” Shine added.

Reed Exhibitions event managers and market research staff will use Vovici’s enterprise feedback management platform in more than 36 languages.

“We are excited to partner with Reed as they are a prime example of how companies can innovate, modify and execute customer-centric, business decisions based on real-world feedback,” Vovici chairman and CEO Greg Stock said.

Reed Exhibitions recently partnered with Bloomburg New Energy Finance to launch the Project Village mini-expo at the World Future Energy Summit 2011 in Abu Dhabi.
