USA - The Exhibition Industry Foundation (EIF) elected its 2011 board of directors during Expo! Expo! in New Orleans.
John Patronski, executive VP of Global Experience Specialists, replaces Robert Kolinek as 2011 chairman. The position of vice-chairman goes to Jacqueline Russo, VP of Kuehne and Nagel. Tom Ackert, executive director of the Orange County Convention Center, will serve as secretary/treasurer for 2011.
Trustees for the EIF are appointed on an annual basis by members of the board of directors of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and the Center for Exhibition Industry Research.
The IAEE also recently announced its 2011 board.
