USA – The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) has nominated Sandy Angus for the 2011 Convention Industry Council’s Hall of Leaders.
Chairman of Montgomery Worldwide and former IAEE chairman, Angus will be inducted at the 2011 Hall of Leaders gala event in Baltimore in conjunction with meetings and events exhibition, AIBTM, from 21 to 23 June.
“Sandy’s level of dedication and unwavering goal to unite the industry worldwide is unique and unmatched,” said Paul Woodward, MD of international exhibition association UFI. “He has helped connect citizens from nations around the world who come together to conduct business.”
Angus has served as the past president of UFI, chairman of IAEE, chairman of the Association of Exhibition Organisers (AEO) and was the founder of the Exhibition Industry Federation in 1986.
