UAE – Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has appointed Institute for Near East and Gulf Military Analysis (INEGMA) as the conference organiser for the Gulf Defence Conference (GDC).
The defence and security conference is due to be held alongside the 2011 International Defence Exhibition (IDEX), which is organised by ADNEC in association with the UAE Armed Forces GHQ.
IDEX will take place from 20-24 February 2011 under the patronage of the President of the UAE, HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and GDC will be held on 19 February.
Established in 2001, INEGMA is a commercial hybrid organisation based in Dubai, UAE and Beirut, Lebanon. Previous events organised by INEGMA include The Middle East Missile and Air Defence Symposium, Abu Dhabi; The Dubai International Air Chiefs Conference - the conference of the Dubai Air Show; the official conference of the Special Operations Forces Exhibition, Amman; as well as The Security Middle East Show, Beirut.
