Raccoon Media Group has purchased the Allergy and Free From and Just V show brands and assets from UK-based F2F Events’ liquidators.
F2F Events director Austen Hawkins filed for voluntary winding liquidation of the business in November 2022 and liquidators PBC Business Recovery & Insolvency Ltd were appointed.
UK-based Raccoon Media Group, organisers of the National Running Show, National Outdoor Expo, National Equine Show, National Cycling Show and National Snow Show, will run the next edition of the Allergy and Free From and Just V Shows at Olympia London in June 2024.
