World – UK-based international exhibition trade magazine Exhibition World has formed a strategic partnership with the leading US magazine Trade Show Executive.
The partnership, forged at the recent UFI Congress in Zagreb, ensures that the best in international exhibition news coverage is brought to readers on both sides of the Atlantic.
Exhibition World managing editor Antony Reeve-Crook and Trade Show Executive president Darlene Gudea will work together to make their titles essential reading for each other’s subscribers, providing the exhibition industry with the best in news, features and analysis.
Commenting on the partnership, Reeve-Crook says: “The US market accounts for a quarter of the world’s exhibition business. With this partnership, the divide in coverage of US exhibitions and those from the rest of the world is reduced to a single page. Darlene’s knowledge of the US industry will be invaluable to our readership."
“Today, more than ever, trade shows are a keystone to the world economy,” said Gudea, “our partnership with Mash Media and EW will provide TSE's readers with a source of news and insight into the global market, while TSE will bring show organisers in Europe, Asia and the Middle East a little closer to their colleagues in North America.”
Exhibition World readers will see a marked increase in the direct coverage of events in America, as well as collaborative surveys and research with TSE on issues that affect the global industry. The partnership will particularly focus on the activities of UFI; the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and the Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO), as well as direct coverage of key events on both sides of the Atlantic.
The only magazine to be officially endorsed by UFI, EW is published by Mash Media in London and has 26,000 digital subscribers and a print circulation of 10,000.
Trade Show Executive is a monthly publication that regularly reaches more than 5,000 US exhibition industry subscribers, in addition to 8,500 digital breaking news stories. The Trade Show Executive Media Group also organises the Gold 100 Awards and Summit, which honors the 100 shows that set the gold standard for the exhibition industry.
