Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (Adnec) has finished transforming its largest exhibition hall, the 7,900sqm hall 12 into an auditorium capable of seating up to 5,700 spectators.
The renovation includes an automated retractable tiered seating system, enabling the exhibition space to host a range of other live events including sports events and concerts.
Adnec MD Ali Saeed Bin Harmal claims the hall’s completion means the capital now boasts the country's largest indoor events auditorium. “This is a big milestone in the short history of Adnec as we have hugely expanded the scope of the live events we are capable of staging," he said.
Adnec offers 73,000sqm of live event space; staging around 100 live events a year.
