New portfolio of Global Reach Airport Shows takes flight NAIS Moscow

Leading exhibitions for airport equipment, infrastructure and design have pooled together to increase their global reach. A new portfolio of Global Reach Airport Shows has been launched by Reed Exhibitions, organisers of inter airport Europe, inter airport China, inter airport South East Asia, NAIS Moscow and the Airport Show Dubai.

The group of shows incorporates existing Reed shows and ones it has added following its acquisition last year of Mack Brooks Exhibitions.

inter airport Europe will continue to lead the portfolio, with a greater insight and access to major growth markets identified by the other shows. Reed’s thinking is that this global reach will ensure all exhibitions in the programme will benefit from expertise extending beyond the regions the individual shows serve.

The organisers claim their Global Airport Reach Shows now provide unparalleled access to markets for both suppliers and buyers of airport technology and equipment to ensure that the airports of tomorrow are prepared and able to excel in the challenges facing the global market in the years to come.

Ulika Tosner, Exhibition Director of inter airport Europe, said: “Here at the NAIS in Moscow, we are excited to formally demonstrate how the leading airport exhibitions in the world are working together to ensure that stakeholders in this industry have the tools and access to best practice operations.

“This starts a commitment from the show programme to provide the very best for the markets we serve and the industry in a global context.”

The Global Reach Airport Shows will embark on a number of initiatives designed to meet the needs of the industry on both a regional and a global level. More announcements are promised over the coming months.

The year ahead’s calendar of Global Reach Airport Shows includes: NAIS Moscow 5–6 February 2020; Airport Show Dubai 22–24 June 2020; inter airport China 2–4 September 2020; inter airport South East Asia 24–26 February 2021.
