New exhibition Marketing Months project launched by ETT Club

Following the launch project Journey to Reopen the Exhibition Industry, the Exhibition Think Tank (ETT) Club’s new mission is focusing on exhibition marketing under the theme: Exploring the Best Reopening Marketing Strategies. The first event under the new theme will take place on 23 September with regular events under this new mission running until November.

The inaugural event in the ETT Club Exhibition Marketing Months will be a Sprint under the title: ‘How does marketing communication need to change to reopen an exhibition?’, taking place online on the 23 September, with the second session slated for the 6 October. “The Sprint is a great opportunity for the industry’s marketing community to come together and participate in and to benefit from fresh ways of thinking,” says Matthias Tesi Baur, founder of the ETT Club and MBB-Consulting.

The events programme for the ETT Club Exhibition Marketing Months will also include online sessions (21-28 October) on reviewing the best marketing tools in the industry and will end with a competition: Best Marketing Reopening Campaign, which invites marketers across the industry to submit their success stories and learnings from their reopening campaigns.

Since the inception of the ETT Club, the Club has focused on how the industry can work together come back from the pandemic stronger and innovate. “Over the next couple of months, we will be celebrating the role Marketing plays in the industry bouncing back. We’re really excited about our calendar of events focusing on the marketing campaigns and strategies that have helped reopen and relaunch events during the pandemic” adds Tesi Baur.
