ETT Club to put the value proposition in focus with new Innovation Talk series

The Exhibition Think Tank (ETT) Club in 2021 is launching a new Monthly Innovation Talk series. Starting 24 February, it will take a new format, global platform for like-minded people to network and collaborate around the topic of the value proposition. The series will be chaired by Simon Foster and will include engaging content and challenges for participants, with sessions to include team working in smaller groups, designed to give everyone a chance to actively contribute by sharing solutions and asking questions.

The Monthly Innovation Talk series will run in two time slots – 08:00 and 16:00 (UK time) and will be open to ETT Club members and also non-members.

Foster notes that 2020 was the year nobody expected. “It literally stopped our industry in its tracks. Not being able to offer our core product to customers, and moving more towards digital events, was a real shake up. For some, digital was a totally new space, while others were already operating there. But one thing is for sure: the ‘old normal’ is no more! Now, perhaps more than ever, it’s up to us to rebuild and reclaim our position as a trusted part of the sector’s buyers and sellers we serve. This can only be done by creating a post-crisis USP that will bring customers back to our shows once travelling is possible.

“It’s time to focus on and re-imagine the value proposition of the event industry and our products to ensure they are stronger and more relevant for the future. For that reason, I’m delighted and proud to be chair of the new ETT Club Monthly Innovation Talk series focusing on this crucial topic.”

The second session is scheduled for the 17 March. For the full schedule and more information, please click here:
