The Exhibition Think Tank (ETT) Club has two upcoming events, 14 and 21 June.

The 14 June event is a panel discussion on ‘How event tech can remove barriers to exhibiting (Part 2)’ and will involve four international speakers. The online session will show how event tech can restore exhibitor confidence, remove barriers to exhibiting and get the industry moving. It will focus on the operating side and what happens before an event.

Speakers include Wendy Friewald Kirkland, director of global sales, EXPOCAD; Matthew Funge, founder and CEO, Yourstandbuilder; Nils-Oliver Boldt, co-founder and CTO, Eventflow, and Adam Jones, CEO & chief product officer, FFAIR – FFAIR helps to manage suppliers, exhibitor orders and online manuals.

The session will be moderated by Niall Thompson, managing director, Interflow Logistics Ltd.

On 21 June the ETT Club will run a Micro-workshop on the topic of ‘Launch Events – Where to start?

What is the motivation to launch events? What do you want to launch and achieve? What would success look like?’

Following an ETT panel discussion: ‘A Golden Era to Launch Events’ moderated by Ashley Roberts, with a video recording available in the report section, this online micro-workshop will be looking in details at demand, stakeholders and how data and business intelligence can be used to assess opportunities and kick start the sales and marketing. The session is designed to give a sound understanding of where to start to successfully launch events.

Lecturers for this workshop are Ashley Roberts, general manager, Omanexpo and Mark Parsons, MD and founder, Events Intelligence.
