Global staffing partner for brand experiences, Elevate, is expanding its business across Europe, with new offices and managing directors in Germany, France and Austria.

The new offices have been set up to provide brands and partners with greater opportunities to create and deliver multi-market European experiences and events, activated at a local level.

Elevate Germany will be led by Sarah Wangler (pictured, top right), who brings over 12 years expertise in the experience and events industry, most recently leading Promotion for You, a company acquired by Elevate this year that creates retail activations for beauty brands. Germany’s current managing director, Jonas Willuhm, is stepping into the role of global chief growth officer to oversee the business’ global growth ambitions.

Elevate has also appointed the founder of Well&Work, Julie Reed (bottom), as managing director for France and ex-Kru Live operations director Ingrid Windisch (top left) as managing director for Austria.

The expansion of Elevate follows its pivot to virtual experience creation at the start of the pandemic. The company said this along with an investment in its people, processes, data and technology platforms is aimed to create new ways for clients to measure value and ultimately ROI for experiences.

Elevate CEO, Ed Wood, said: “As we look forward to the gradual re-opening of live events and brand experiences in Europe, there is a very palpable excitement both within the business and our clients to deliver events and experiences. Elevate is expanding internationally at pace to meet our clients’ demand for cross-territory activation, as soon as they can safely do so. World-class talents Sarah, Julie and Ingrid will be key to unlocking that success.”

Elevate COO, Carina Filek, added: “Appetite for experiences has only grown as people have hunkered down at home. Now is the time to seize on this huge opportunity, and it’s clear that the market recognises this. What’s more, as we grow our geographical presence to better service our clients, we are also able to mobilise more people into work and offer international job and exchange opportunities for our team members.”
