Deutsche Messe develops INSTANT FAIR

Deutsche Messe will soon be launching a brand new unique and sustainable exhibition and event concept and location at their venue in Hanover, Germany. The idea behind this ‘newcomer’ called INSTANT FAIR is in general to save resources in as many ways as possible – time, energy, material, cost – just to name a few. Furthermore, it is to create a platform for a cost-optimised restart for exhibitions and events.
From March 2022, INSTANT FAIR will offer up to 3,000 sqm/net leasable area with 130 pre-built exhibition stands, forums and service areas – scalable to the needs of the event and embedded in a high-end, corona compliant, cost-efficient and sustainable infrastructure. It is an ideal location for up to 3,000 guests a day. All this pre-set module needs before it is ready-to-use, is some individual event branding in areas like booths, forums and other areas.
INSTANT FAIR is located ideally in direct neighbourhood to our hybrid venue called H’Up, to conference areas, open-air sites and further exhibition space – which allows a unique combination of facilities. Sustainability in event management is not just a NICE TO HAVE anymore.
Designing and using INSTANT FAIR as an event platform is one of Deutsche Messe’s approaches to acting sustainable – for guest organisers it could be their commitment to sustainability, too.
To sum things up: It is a sustainable, cost-cutting event platform with plenty of space for individual design WITHOUT time-consuming event organisation – leaving, instead, more time and resources to
take care of customers and new ideas.
