The Nuremberg trade show Consumenta will run over five days this year, 26 October-3 November 2022, rather than the usual nine, as organisers chart a course back post pandemic.
About 169,000 visitors attended the 2019 edition of Consumenta, which is one of the largest consumer goods fairs in Germany.
Organiser AFAG Messen und Ausstellungen GmbH says the show will be run alongside the equestrian event Faszination Pferd and the international inventors’ trade fair iENA, which will take place 27-30 October.
It will be a busy week for the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, with other show highlights including The Pet Fair (28-30 October) and GINmarket (29-30 October) taking place.
Consumenta visitors can look forward to the popular theme worlds on all days of the 2022 event, from regional offerings to the themes of building and living, household and kitchen, technology and games, lifestyle and enjoyment, and the car show. Next year, organisers say Consumenta will run for the usual nine days again.
