CANSO, the global association for the air traffic management industry and organiser of Airspace World, has announced the extension of its partnership with the exhibitor management platform FFAIR into 2025.
Airspace World is an award-winning exhibition renowned for bringing together the aviation community to define future skies; the place where the worlds of manned and unmanned aviation come together.
CANSO’s collaboration with FFAIR began as it sought agile event technology partners capable of swiftly scaling to support the debut of Airspace World in 2023.
This new expanded partnership encompasses both Airspace World, scheduled for May 2025 in Lisbon, and the inaugural launch of Airspace Asia Pacific in December 2025 in Hong Kong.
Joaquin Palacios Sanviti, event project manager at CANSO comments: "Our experience with FFAIR has been flawless. Our exhibitors have greatly appreciated their pre-event experience with the platform, which has saved our team hours, if not days, of work.
"We understand the importance of making a strong first impression, especially with our upcoming launch. It's crucial that our exhibitors— and our event team —enjoy the most seamless experience possible. Continuing our partnership with FFAIR and utilising their platform for our new launch was a no-brainer."
Adam Jones, CEO of UK-based FFAIR, adds: 'With two decades of experience working with event teams, I understand the critical importance of event launches. It’s essential to have reliable suppliers and technology to support you on this exciting journey. For an association, this trust is arguably even more significant, as there is a pressure to represent your community and industry.
'It’s a real privilege for FFAIR to continue its partnership with CANSO for the upcoming edition of Airspace World and their next launch in Hong Kong, China.'"
FFAIR is the brainchild of Adam Jones, the creator of Showplans, which was later acquired by Freeman.
