Ashfield Meetings & Events, a global healthcare event management business, has appointed Jason Erickson, Steve Sanders and Danisa Frentiu as part of its global leadership team.
Erickson has been appointed as its global managing director. He has previously led Ashfield Commercial and Patient Solutions in Canada for 7 years.
Steve Sanders has joined as its global finance director from Hillrom, a medical device business, where he was director of business operations. Sanders has over 20 years’ experience working in finance management and leadership roles.
Danisa Frentiu has been appointed as global senior director of human resources. Frentiu also joined Ashfield in Canada, where she managed its talent agenda. Frentiu also has over 15 years’ HR experience.
The three appointments will join the global leadership team at Ashfield Meetings & Events with Penny Callaghan, director of operations and business support services in Europe and Asia and Jo Brook, engagement director.
Gavin Houston, CEO, Ashfield Meetings & Events, will continue to lead Ashfield Meetings & Events’ services and growth in the US.
Laura Brown, senior vice president of client operations, will continue to focus on the business’ operations for Ashfield’s existing and new clients in the USA.
