Taylex Displays and Aston Display Limited (ADL) have announced that they will be merging.
The merger will "provide stronger management structure and develop greater business capacity", the companies said.
Taylex Display, founded in 2007, and ADL, founded in 1983, both well-established stand design and build companies, have several year’s worth of successful collaboration behind them.
The merge will entail all operations moving to Taylex's 30,000sqft facility in Halesowen, with Trevor Pearson of ADL taking the role of managing director and Karl Clark of Taylex will take the role of CEO.
Pearson commented: “ADL has earned an unrivalled reputation within the events industry over the last 36 years, providing quality exhibition stands for clients throughout the UK, Europe, Scandinavia and the USA and we look forward to growing with Taylex Displays. The team and I are very excited about the move and looking forward to showing our clients around our new home.”
