Cvent adds QuickMobile to its Event Cloud

Meetings and hospitality technology provider, Cvent, is to acquire QuickMobile, the Vancouver-based mobile event apps specialist for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition of QuickMobile, with its 100 employees, will broaden Cvent’s mobile event app and onsite solution capabilities and help the company extend its reach through QuickMobile’s extensive partner network.

The acquisition is expected to close before the end of May 2018.

Together, the combined QuickMobile and Cvent entity will:

  • Serve more than 25,500 customers, including 80% of the Fortune 100
  • Have delivered 16.7m app downloads
  • Offer over 950 product support professionals
