FELON NABBED TRYING TO BUY FIREARM AT GUN EXPO

USA – Police nabbed a convicted drug dealer recently when he tried to buy a handgun at the Tri County Gun Show in York, Pennsylvania.

Police arrested Joseph Vieira, 41, after the fugitive tried to buy a 9mm pistol from an exhibitor.

Vieira, who told police he was buying the gun for his wife, falsely answered ‘No’ on a police gun-purchasing form where asked if he had ever been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment of more than one year. According to police, he was sentenced to 10 to 23 months in prison in 1999 after pleading guilty of drug dealing.
